Jan-Hendrik de Groote is the head of Tupperware’s European Design Department in Belgium. Before joining Tupperware in 2000, he was working as industrial designer and was a project lead for Philipps & Company GmbH., a design consultancy in Wiesbaden, Germany.
As the Director of Tupperware’s European Design Department, he is responsible for the design innovation and development process for markets in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific The key stones to Tupperware’s success are design quality and innovative feature sets.
His key role involves him in each stage of the product development process–product concepts, design definition, mould construction, production, quality control and product launch.
