Luke Pearson is a principal in the design firm of PearsonLloyd, which is based in London and works in a variety of disciplines including furniture, product, transport, and the public realm. The studio was founded by Tom Lloyd and Luke Pearson in 1997. The designers met while studying at the Royal College of Art in the early 1990s and the partnership was formed out of a shared desire to bridge the often disperate cultures of furniture and product design. Clients include: Allermuir, Artemide, Bernhardt, Carhartt, Classicon, Dune, Ettinger, Fritz Hansen, Knoll Inc., Kokuyo, Magis, Marinez Otero, Modus, Poltronova, RNID, Samas Roneo, Senator, Sheffield City Council, South Yorkshire PTE, Steelcase, Tacchin, Transport for London, The Body Shop, The City of Westminister, The Duffer of St. George, The Victoria & Albert Museum, Virgin Atlantic Airways,k and Walter Knoll.
