The Chicago Athenaeum's 20-acre site in Schaumburg, IL. Highlights include works by Dennis Oppenheim (New York); Makoto Sei Watanabe (Tokyo); Nina Levy (New York); Argyro Konstantinidou (Greece); Klaus Vieregge (Germany); Egil Bauck Larssen (Norway); Charles de Montaigu (Switzerland); Pall Gudmundsson (Iceland); Benbow Bullock (California); Hans-Christian Berg (Finland); Oded Halahmy (Israel); and Jarle Rosseland (Sweden).

Permanent Exhibition.

 

"Art and Design: A Selection of Art, Design, and Architecture from the Permanent Collections of the Chicago Athenaeum."

Paintings, prints, glass, furniture, porcelain, industrial design, and architectural models by prominent European, Japanese, and American artists, designers, and architects of the 20th Century.
