Nicolas Boutet is CEO and Associate of FOUNDATION, a firm specialized in digital data models of buildings, and VBNB, an architectural agency based in Paris.
He has won numerous awards such as the european Europan 10 and the the Taylor Prize.
2008 - VBNB. With their creative and technical complementarity, Vincent Barue and Nicolas Boutet have grown over the years to experience the greatest contemporary architects, including Renzo Piano, Massimiliano Fuksas and Christian de Portzamparc.
In VBNB they work on many large-scale projects such as stadiums of the Euro 2016 football, towers, houses and bridges...

Project Description
The project proposes an action in an area where the skyscraper becomes a means of locally increasing the density and create a new urban center, without prejudice to the feeling of low density. The project create a gateway to the developments of the area currently separated by a barrier built. The foot of the tower structure pedestrian links and motorized traffic within the site to provide maximum clearance spaces. The joint program offices, shops and housing is divided into two towers, floors interpenetrate on different floors. Between the two exoskeletons structures, a venturi effect is channeling the air on vertical wind. A system of «Skygarden» associated with cross natural ventilation of interior spaces, providing significant energy savings. Combined with a system of rainwater collection and a double skin flaps, thermal contributions are returned to the premises through different floors.
