Jean Luc Fugier - France
PAN architecture – France

Jean-Luc Fugier is a French architect involved in production and education. He graduated from the National School of Architecture of Marseille in 2006 after a second cycle at the Polytechnic School of Barcelona and an experience at the Autonomous University of Mexico. After having multiplied experiences abroad (Mexico, Belgium, Spain), he created the PAN architecture workshop in 2012 in Marseille, France.

Associated with Mathieu Barbier Bouvet, they develop an activity open to all fields of project management (town planning, architecture, planning, scenography), claiming an approach and professionalism nourished by the diversity of their projects. Distinguished in France by several national prizes (including the Albums of young architects and Landscapers 2012 from the french cultural Ministery), they notably carried out an extension of the school of Architecture of Marseille in 2015. They are currently working in the south of France, Paris, and Barcelona on projects with strong social, urban, and political ambitions.

In the complexity of the current world and facing contemporary societal challenges, the PAN architecture agency seeks to initiate an evolution in the practice of the project in a close relationship between constructive architectural culture, uses (cultural practices), and respect for intervention environments.
