INSPIRATION:

I studied the chair diamond Bertoia, and the development of my project was based on the desire to shape these wires to make it look like these elements are modified to spontaneously to give a 'function object. As the rings that create the structure of a trunk of a tree that are deformed according to the difficulties of growth and adapt to any situation, so the wires of this chair is adapted to the function of the sit.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

the chair as a whole collection (longe, stool and lamp) stems from the need to develop a very simple form which is constructed of a single material: steel rod. The form, very sculptural seems to have self-generated, while maintaining linearity remembers very complex organic shapes of nature. The material seems that plasmas to create the function at which this object and 'sitting charge.
