These beautiful Amazing Series Knives will provide years of effortless cutting, thanks to the long-lasting Excellence leather sharpening for sharper knives and the new serration for the Serrated Utility Knife and the Bread Knife, making them 60% more efficient than the previous Universal Series knives. The blades are made of high-grade Japanese 420j2 stainless steel and the plain cutting edge is very straight and smooth.

The innovation of these Amazing Series knives is the new smart sheath-locking system, which will allow consumers to hang the knives on kitchen racks safely. Each knife contains a notch on its handle to securely clip the locking system to the knife. It has two main benefits, it allows you to safely hang the knives without worrying that they will fall and features the Smart Lock child safety feature.

The sheath must be unlocked to remove the knife. The sheaths show a decorative pattern with holes, which allow the sheath to dry easier after cleaning. Another feature is taper grinding: the blade is evenly sharpened from the spine to the edge. Tapered grinded knives allow for a better and easier cut through soft and hard ingredients.

The finish makes the blades slightly thinner and, therefore, somewhat more flexible, giving the blade a better adaptation to the ingredient it is cutting. Taper grinding is also more rust-resistant than hollow grinded knives. Thanks to a color code, you can instantly recognize the knife you need. The back part of the knives is slightly longer and finishes with a color tip.
