Our design not only overcome the difficulty of artificial cooking technology, but also is based on the existing cooking robot function, strengthening the function of the weighing and smoke lampblack machine module, and making the product more functional and more diversified, such as for open restaurants and families. At the same time, our persistence in design, optimization in interaction, and excellent presentation in aesthetic experience make the product not only a powerful cooking machine but also an exploration of the future of cooking - an intelligent, safe, and elegant lifestyle presentation.
This cooking robot includes four modules, which are raw materials weighing and automatic dispensing, a cooking module, and an integrated ventilator. At least eight liquids and five powdered seasonings can be pumped, enabling a possibility of more than 1000 recipes from all over the world that cover all major cooking styles such as stirring, frying, and stewing. What is more, given its compact design, more than one cooking robot can be placed inside a traditional commercial kitchen.
This is not only a professional cooking machine but also an innovation to explore new ways of cooking that are more convenient and elegant in restaurants or homes. This robot is a rebel for a traditional Chinese kitchen, where cooking is often frustrating and difficult to standardize. For making this intelligent cooking robot, we visited 114 different restaurants, investigating how our meals were made. By interviewing chefs and observing the detailed standard operating procedure and SOP they followed while cooking, we translated this body language via e-tongue, e-nose, and other sensors, successfully establishing a quantitative system to analyze how heating and seasonings affect the food taste, texture, and flavor.
Once someone would like to use this robot, they can directly choose their favorites from the touchable screen. They will then be guided to put in all ingredients they want and simply press a button. Surprisingly, no matter how many input ingredients the robot has detected, it automatically decides how much seasonings would be needed and how the heating adjustment should be involved. Upon finishing, this robot can rotate itself to output a delicious meal.
The integrated ventilator keeps running during the entire operation.
The main body is made of stainless steel.
Bent and brushed, it is easy to clean while simultaneously increasing robot durability.
We used stainless steel for the sides to reduce costs, while an anti-fingerprint layer was coated on the surface, too.
The rotary knob is diecast aluminum alloy, with eight-gun ceramic sandblasting and anodizing to increase the touch.
The electronic scale module on the screen is made of AG frosted glass, and the metal nameplate is engraved with a laser.
Standardization of Chinese cooking, simplified operation, and modularized hardware - all three are combined to make this robot, bringing customers an unprecedently smarter, faster, and safer cooking experience.
