We are a pioneer in digital brewing so ordinary and inexperienced people can customize different types of liquors with multiple levels of abv via our smart brewer, enjoying an extraordinary brewing experience.
On top of the necessary functions of this brewer, we designed it in a completely styling language, one that makes people feel safe with precisely controlled mechanics.
We also believe it is significant to perceive the culture of liquor while drinking, which is why we designed a gorgeous shadow of light on the brewer's body whose inspiration is from a wine bottle.
What is more, seen from different perspectives, the light brings about a feeling of the graceful swaying of the liquor. This is a masterpiece, easy to use, but unprecedentedly powerful. We do not think brewing should be exclusive to brewery factories, ordinary brewers also have their options to create their own liquors and flavors conveniently, safely, and efficiently. We designed this curved body to signify the combination of the traditional wine barn and modern bottles of liquor.
A bottle-shaped light shadow was printed on the chamber, connected with pipes and gauges on the top, which we believe is the perfect union of liquor art and mechanical science, emotions, and rationalities.
Assembled by 4 independent chambers, it contains omnidirectional pipes and gauges precisely controlled by the topping center.Once started, the entire brewing can be finished efficiently, and surprisingly, customers can choose different types of liquors with multiple levels of abv by simply touching the screen, and adjusting several normal parameters like temperatures and time.Then, the user can choose the year to accelerate the aging of the liquor in bottle Number four.
What is more, this can be a distilling device used for water distillation and essential extract from natural materials. Inside the first chamber, users mix water, koji and yeast, then put this into the second chamber with glutinous rice and grain materials. On the screen, multiple types of wines and levels of abv can be selected, then press START and wait to enjoy the masterwork in roughly 5 days, which is four times more efficient than the traditional equipment. The main body of this smart brewer was coated with a layer of sandblasting aluminum alloy.
In the pipeline, we incorporated tin so as to soften the water and improve the taste, ceramic balls were also used for water purification. The large 316 L stainless steel chamber was sterilized by ultraviolet lamps and filled with alcohol measuring and component analysis instruments. We adopted the vacuum insulation technique on the topping metal, and embossing technology and PVD was also used to mimic the ups and downs of ocean waves.
We inspected multiple large-scale breweries to learn the process and techniques of how to make liquor, and we found all these different types of liquors are based on one single technique of distilling.
We then quantified the flavor and taste of various liquors using an electronic tongue and another analysis instrument.
Using machine learning techniques, temperature, humidity, and other parameters in the real winemaking process were achieved to reproduce liquors on our machine. We made it possible to make different kinds of liquors using one single smart brewer. To achieve this, we addressed the problem of designing complex Omni-direction pipes and gauges on the top and simulated and accelerated aging in nature via ultrasonic waves and tin.
