The PW-H101 is a hot water high-pressure washer for professional cleaning applications. The environmentally friendly design optimizes technology to reduce the consumption of fuel, electricity, and detergent.

Its bold, rotatable front door makes IPC’s new design language stand out from the competition, while providing operators easy access for maintenance and pressure adjustment. Made with recycled plastics and recyclable components at end of life, the PW-H101 continues IPC’s commitment to sustainable cleaning for the health and well-being of the planet.

Design Innovation:

The patent-pending direct injection detergent and anti-scale controls guarantee the desired detergent rate while reducing detergent use, expense, and noise related to traditional supply systems. These devices increase operator productivity and extend the pump life.

The PW-H101 is also equipped with a high precision temperature control of the outlet water. The system stabilizes the pre-set temperature, saves fuel, and prevents high thermal variations. In Eco-mode, the PW-H101 automatically sets the water temperature at 60°C to reduce fuel consumption and emissions up to 25%. These efficiency improvements result in increased run-time while the optimized temperature maximizes the cleaning effect of detergents.

Storage options are prevalent throughout machine. The user should have a space for everything they need with a nozzle compartment in back, two spray gun holders, and additional accessory space within the front of machine.

For ease of maintenance, the labor-saving front lift door improves jobsite access to service and maintenance points without the need for tools. The pump, bypass valve, and motor are easy to reach and disassemble for fast maintenance or repair operations. The boiler is simple to open from the top for easy cleaning and fast maintenance operations of the coil.

Aesthetics

As the largest member of the product family, the PW-H101’s design language uses many wide chamfers and character lines to communicate strength while fading lines are used to convey dynamic energy along the side. The previously mentioned front door has become a signature element to highlight ease-of-use and distinguish the IPC products from the competition.
