The Smeg extraction range now has a new component: the worktop with integrated hood HOBD472D. The worktop extraction solutions allow maximum freedom of movement in the kitchen and are ideal for open spaces such as lofts or islands in the living area.
The Smeg induction hob with integrated hood combines the safety of induction cooking with powerful extraction, a combination enhanced by the design that is a hallmark of Smeg appliances.
The 70cm wide HOBD472D hob is suitable for installation in a 60cm cabinet and comes complete with charcoal filters and a suction and filter kit with hoses for easy and accurate installation. The shiny and durable ceramic glass surface is interrupted only by the suction grille. The compact slider plus display with red LED controls makes operation simple and immediate.
The powerful 630 m3/h motor has compact dimensions for easy installation and provides all the power needed for daily use. The hood has 9 speeds plus two intensive speeds, to be activated when the cooking vapours are particularly intense. The product is also designed to pay the utmost attention to energy efficiency and is in class A++. Efficiency is also ensured by the Eco - Logic Advance Function: the power limiter that reduces the absorption of the hob from 7400 W down to 2800 W.
Evolved functions characterise the product and make it even easier to use: the multi-zone function, for example, allows you to connect two cooking areas into a single larger one, which adapts to even large pots by automatically recognising their position. The automatic and permanent pot detection, moreover, allows the hob to be automatically activated once the pot is placed.
Not even minor preparation accidents are a problem for Hobd, thanks to the AquaProof Engine & Two Liquid Collectors safety system. This is a small tank inside the hood, which is useful in case water or other fluids overflow during cooking; easily cleaned and protects the most delicate parts of the device, preserving its functionality.
