Verifying a pipette's performance before working with precious samples
Not only is SmartCheck fast – it's the only automatic ISO 8655-based pipette verification tool available. SmartCheck takes volumetric measurements using the gravimetric method and calculates the random and systematic error based on four measurements.

It then determines the measurement uncertainty of the delivered volume in percentages, comparing it to the pipetting tolerance in percentages, yielding a quick pass or fail statement of the instrument and user within 60 seconds.

The design is based on the Corporate Product Design definitions of Mettler Toledo with high focus on being compact in size (3.54×3.54×4.21 in), simple interaction (just green/red LED) and easy to clean surfaces but precision impression.
