The new Silver Airline series represents the state of the art in efficient technology, hygienic, and is - last but not least - a self-confident statement, that a high-quality product is recognized by its aesthetic appearance. The compressor is the core element of a comprehensive product family of supply devices for all common sizes of surgeries.

The modular construction allows the lean implementation of versions from one to four cylinders and can furthermore be operated in a tandem configuration. This tandem configuration can be fully integrated into the according software system for surgeries. Oil-free dental piston compressors in the dental market are capable of generating not only hygienic and dry pressurized air but also providing the highest reliability when nowadays more efficiency and less noise emission are demanded.

The new Silver Airline Dental Compressor distinguishes with a more effective power output and has an improved cooling system. It is the first and only compressor with the latest generation of high-end virus and bacteria filters which enhance hygienic security to the safest possible level. The high-quality claim shall be visible by an adequate design, which represents a capability that needs not be noisy.

This was achieved by the repetition of horizontal elements that appear similarly in the metal parts and by utilizing a characteristic V-shape. Accordingly, the way of the air stream is formally indicated, whereas the parts concerned as well improve functionality by a defined air intake section geometry for example. The newly introduced black cover elements at the cylinders reduce flow losses and noise and optimize the cooling effect. Thus, less heat arises, and the thermal efficiency is increased.
