The device SOL-GUARD Safety Pull Button Blood Collection Set is a new model of “Butterfly Needle,” designed with a sliding button that, using the pull force, allows needle retraction after use.

This feature aims to prevent needle stick injury and blood exposure, and to provide a safer practice for the end users since the patient’s blood can be potentially contaminated with blood-transmissible pathogens such as HIV, HBV, HCV. The product will be branded SOL-GUARD™ Safety Pull-Button Blood Collection Set.
