The E3A Healthcare Bilimonitor BJM-30 Wearable Continuous Neonatal Jaundice Bilirubin meter is a first-in-class smart, compact, accurate, and cost-effective device for continuous neonatal jaundice monitoring. Through our patented optoelectronic sensor technology, we bring disruptive improvements in neonatal jaundice testing accuracy and cost efficiency, reducing the costs of the key component by 150 times compared to existing products.

Through our absolute cost advantage, the designers seek to revolutionize neonatal jaundice management and significantly enhance the accessibility of neonatal jaundice monitoring, especially in developing economies where there has been a lack of such services, causing delays in treatment and serious health consequences. This product is in the process of obtaining a Class II Medical Device registration certificate from NMPA (Chinese FDA), the Hong Kong FDA, the US FDA, and the Singapore HAS by the end of 2023. This product will be distributed in Asian and African markets.

The BJM-30 Wearable Neonatal Jaundice Bilirubin meter is the first ever wearable device, delivering continuous newborn jaundice bilirubin measurements to enable timely intervention. Integrated eye mask provides protection when the newborn of undertaking phototherapy treatment for newborn jaundice.

With a simple integrated design and software connectivity, the BJM-30 is created to cater to a zero-learning curve for the user to minimize the amount of training required for effective operation, allowing for easier product adoption in the global markets. LED lights on the front of the device indicate jaundice risk levels in real time (red – high risk, green – low risk, blue – standby).

The BJM-30 delivers industry-standard accuracy for noninvasive bilirubin measurements, the same accuracy as bilirubin meters from GE and Drager which are considered to be the best non-invasive bilirubin meters in the market. We provide reliable data for every measurement and the products offer smart connectivity combined with our App, delivering proactive warnings when measurements pose a high level of health risk.
