At Fellowes, details are everything in terms of helping people work to their potential and be healthy. When they began to expand their portfolio of document finishing solutions, they wanted to deliver a product that makes it easier for people to be more productive and eliminate barriers that keep them from being in “the zone” while working. To do this, they needed to understand how a simple stapler, a basic tool present in every workplace on the planet, could be made better. Their research showed how often staplers are shared among coworkers, how much time workers lose dealing with jams, and how staplers are rarely seen as elegant desktop accessories. All of these factors led our ground-up design process to build a tool that perfectly balances form and function.

The LX Series stapler was designed to practically reflect the nature of work today, including changing environments due to hybrid work, elevated concerns about germs, and larger finishing tasks. Their solution came in the form of the LX Series, with two striking colorways and Microban antimicrobial technology that helps prevent the growth of bacteria and works 24/7 for an added level of product protection as it is shared. The LX’s premium materials and meticulous engineering ensure 100% jam-free operation, even when stapling up to 25 pages. You can accurately staple all day without fatigue thanks to EasyPress™ Technology, an ergonomic grip, and intuitive document guides.

When Fellowes launched the Fellowes LX Series Stapler in January 2022 around the globe, the launch was supported by an integrated, multi-medium promotional campaign. They created a dedicated LX Series stapler microsite, lifestyle imagery and video, strategic dealer imagery, e-commerce info images, print and digital advertising, tradeshow and digital banners, and more. The product has been a resounding design success story, garnered a near 5-star rating from consumers, and the elevated design philosophy of the LX Series stapler has also been extended into other Fellowes product portfolios.

Fellowes understands that the customers expect products that demonstrate quality and performance by getting the details right. And with the LX Series Staplers, that expectation was exceeded.
