Obesity is one of the most common health problems today and it is very important to set the right portions in a healthy diet. Even the deep dishes in the Fit series appear the same size as other regular deep ones, they contain less food. So, portions actually appearing larger offer less food to consume.
The embossed patterns on the serving plate allow the ratios of meat, carbohydrates and vegetables to be adjusted in the healthiest way possible.

Blue tones have been preferred on the inner surfaces of the dishes since studies show that blue color reduces appetite as well as the amount of food consumed. Developed to offer healthier portions, the Fit series will allow persons who are in a diet to better decide the amount of food to eat. Thanks to this dinner set, users will be able to consume less than usual.

The design forms are designed to contain 30% less food when compared to regular plates in the market. The fact that the plates are in the same diameter with standard plates makes meals look more satisfying in view and creates an illusion. There are leaf and plant reliefs in the plate forms, evoking the idea of a healthy diet.

The set consists of serving plates, deep plates for stew-type meals, soup bowls, tea cups and a large salad bowl for being portioned for multiple guests.

Thanks to its concept, it provides the design distinction specially developed for people who are in a diet. From the selection of special colours to the adjustment of the sizes, it has the feature of a dinner set promoting a healthy diet and weight-loss. Since dieting and healthy nutrition needs will exist at all times, the series was designed in a way to provide a timeless benefit.
