You can change the height and inclination according to your physique, and you can easily stretch by shaking it.

Easy to sit
You can tilt it at any angle according to your taste and physique. Maximum tilt angle: 20°. When you sit down, tilt the stool a little, and be sure to carry both feet with one hand.
