Be so free! That’s the spirit of the current mPaper that is devoted to the topic of freedom. Free of internal constraints, company goals, pre-determined corporate identities, muehlhausmoers takes its 30th anniversary as an independent agency as an occasion to show what emotions a modern newspaper can trigger – also in the difficult times. Modern design, extraordinary picture language and diverse formats take a reader on a journey to freedom. 

We go first to the city Garching to see Renata DePauli, who already in the 90s created one of the first online fashion-shops in Germany. Then to Cologne to visit Natalie Dedreux, who has Down syndrome and fights for her personal independence. And finally, we take you to Mousganistan, the pictorial world created by Moroccan-Belgian photographer Mous Lamrabat. mPaper entertains, informs and opens up daring new perspectives. Without all this, independent communication is nothing. 

Dare to take a slightly different look at a topic. This is how we define our approach. Variable, short format information alternates with a deeper dive into the topics through long format stories. While the shorter content is played digitally to provide a quick overview, the longer stories are provide a sense of immersion and reflection. We let the stories speak for themselves. 

We chose a newspaper format – providing an expansive stage for photography, design and typography. We favour a fast paced medium that combines reading comfort, haptics and flexibility. A medium that is simply fun and gives a solid overview of freedom-related topics that affect us all. 

The newspaper is sent free of charge to selected recipients. mPaper is actively used in generation of new business, as well as mailings, events, etc. In addition, the content is used online, in social media and in the company’s e-mail newsletter.
