The purifier is used in grain milling processes (wheat, maize etc.), in order to finely separate the bran and obtain a pure white flour and semolina.

The new HSPU purifier stands out with its new look and improved ergonomics and functionality for its users. The design work of the machine has been carried out in partnership with Italdesign, which has been offering development services for the automotive and other various industries since 1968.

As well as its exterior design, the new HSPU Purifier also comes with some major improvements in operational reliability, efficiency and safety. The purifier is equipped with AI compatible sensors and software, namely Advanced Sensor Technology ™ that offers the real-time process monitoring in semolina purification and classification processes:
Human Detection Sensor aims at saving energy, by switching the touchscreen panel and LED lights on/off according to the operator’s vicinity.

Ambient Sensor tracks the temperature, humidity, pressure etc. to sustain optimal processing conditions and a high product standardization accordingly. The amplitude and frequency data is also measured by a 9-axis sensor to ensure the operation at optimal level.
Vibration Sensor (PMD) is a predictive maintenance tool, to predict any failure in drive mechanism by detecting the changes in vibration levels.

Digital Manometer tracks the air pressure simultaneously in order to sustain the optimal air flow required for the separation.

Motor Load Sensor tracks the current load of vibro motors to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

As being the first example, the purifier is also combined with a touchscreen panel which the sensor related data can be displayed as a trend graph. The special software also allows monitoring the status of consumables (rubber springs, LED light, vibro motors, etc.) for advance notification about the replacement time. Therefore, the manual inspection is also reduced at a big extent.
