The Zojirushi Micom Toaster Oven ET-ZLC30 is a sleekly designed smart oven, with 12 cooking functions and an interior large enough to accommodate a 12” pizza. Placing the control panel at the bottom of the unit allowed for a smaller footprint, and its mirrored glass door and matte finish makes this toaster oven fit seamlessly in any kitchen. Advanced micro-computerized technology ensures precise temperature control, allowing for Zojirushi’s own completely automated toast and bagel functions, as well as a convenient rise-then-bake homemade function that proofs shaped dough then automatically switches to bake. Cooking functions include toast (5 shade settings), bagel, pizza, cookie, bake, roast, broil, homemade, rise, timed toast, reheat and keep warm. The easy-to-read monochrome LCD with vertical alignment technology stays completely black when turned off. There is also an interior oven light button that will illuminate for 30 seconds to check cooking progress. Accessories include a removable crumb tray, baking tray and broil tray.
