Evoko Naso takes care of room booking so you can focus on having your meetings. The digital room booking system gets rid of double bookings, confusion on where to go and meetings that get interrupted. It frees up rooms that are booked but not being used. Use the touch screen to quickly find a room for your instant meeting. 

You can also report broken or missing meeting equipment directly on the screen. Little icons will tell everyone what things are in what room. Also with the product comes an analytics tool that gives you valuable insight on how meetings are being held and help you improve the meeting culture of your company.
