Manufacturer: Cortes Campers, Cleveland, Ohio, USA

The foundation of the trailer shape was inspired by the beak of a toucan bird to create something flamboyant and exuberant which would add a feel of luxury and style.
The next goal was to design a spacious feeling interior to expand the size of an otherwise small-feeling camper.

This allowed providing the functionality of a trailer which could be easily hauled around without sacrificing the comfort of open space and relaxation.
Two expansive side door windows were added which were inspired by the image of a washing machine door.

A ceiling skylight adds visual depth to the inside of the camper, allowing travellers to view the stars at night and light up the inside during the day.
A front storage compartment makes sure no opportunity is wasted to create the perfect combination of functionality and a wide interior space.
The design and engineering team has developed the complete embodiment design and analysed, tested and evaluated all parts and components in order to be able to produce the final product in collaboration with the producers.

In fact, in the beginning, the teardrop camper was actually called the Mini-Toucan. It was later changed to Mink Campers to represent the mink animal native to Iceland.
Unfortunately the partnership did not work out with the clients in Iceland and the original design needed to be redefined and re-branded again into the Original Mini Toucan.
This latest premium Version is an updated design. The interior design has been redefined by Adding a Pop up Table and a Storage compartment.
A brand new concept for the Mini Kitchen Design which includes a Turntable Mini Bar shelf in order to make it more convenient for the user to access the mini kitchen from the inside, and access the sound system from the outside.

The Mini Toucan body is secured by a steel chassis and has 15-inch alloy wheels supported by a leaf-spring suspension. The trailer measures 8.9 feet (270 cm) in length, stands about a foot (30 cm) above the ground below and weighs around 1,100-lb (500-kg).

Moreover a new mudguard design has been created with a structural reinforcement to allow the user to stand on top.
External features are being selected in order to have the most convenient and stylish accessories for the best Camping Experience. The exterior design has been rebranded with new colors in order to match your favorite car.
