The poster resembles the structure of a DNA in paper origami as it promotes the core design elements and sequence of the exhibition D-Sign-Lab that refers to a relation between art, design and science. Translucent paper was selected not only to sustain the folded DNA origami structure, but also to be able to read the bilingual texts-Spanish and Czech- at once but also apart from each other. Folding the poster into a DNA origami structure also helps to isolate both languages, as the poster is printed double-sided, in order to contemplate the text as a singular unit of meaning and/or mere letters.
When pasting posters together a festive and celebrative structure appears which helps to promote the exhibition as an enjoyable event.
