Located at the key intersection of 29th Street and North Miami Avenue, this 12-story structure stands out as a premier addition to the Wynwood/Midtown submarket, combining modern office space with vibrant retail and restaurant provisions. This project, developed by New York-based R&B Realty and designed by the acclaimed Kobi Karp, is poised to redefine the commercial landscape of one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

This project encompasses a substantial 220,000 square feet of rentable office space. The building’s design reflects a modern aesthetic while addressing the practical needs of today’s businesses. The office floors are designed with large, flexible layouts that cater to a wide range of business types, from startups to established firms. Floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the interior with abundant natural light and offer sweeping views of the surrounding cityscape, reinforcing the building’s connection to its vibrant urban environment.

One of the defining features of this project is its environmentally responsible design. The building incorporates a range of sustainable practices and materials, aligning with contemporary standards for green construction. The façade, designed with a combination of glazing, perforated aluminum metal mesh, and vertical aluminum fins, not only creates an eye-catching appearance but also provides effective sun shading. This design element contributes to energy efficiency and enhances the overall aesthetic of the building, reflecting the artistic spirit of the Wynwood district.

In addition to office space, this project features ground floor retail and restaurant spaces that integrate seamlessly into the building’s design. The project also includes an enclosed parking structure with a capacity for over 650 vehicles, addressing one of the critical needs in the Wynwood/Midtown area.
