The new Hygoclave 50 steam sterilizer represents a contemporary premium solution for dental sector that offers reliable hardware of finest quality combined with elaborated digital controls, user-friendly presented with a dynamic color-interface. To fulfill the core function of providing reliable sterilization the deployment of a considerable amount of energy remains indispensable, as water needs to be vaporized to generate the necessary hot steam. To reduce energy consumption hereby two measures have been applied. The first concerns the hardware construction. 

The well insulated sterilization chamber is made completely out of high- quality stainless steel to allow a firm and reliable functionality. The second are digital functions that include customized sterilization programs and demand-driven control of all components involved in the sterilization process. The high-performance steam generator in conjunction with a micro-pulse injection process ensures precise control of the sterilization programs while minimizing water and energy consumption. 

The advanced process management technology is complemented by an equally modern and intuitive operating concept. The color-coded main functions simplify the daily operation of the device and reduce the necessary clicks to a minimum. 

Thus, sterilization and test programs can easily be started via fast access buttons on the home screen. The motorized door lock system and the integrated fresh water quality control are further features for more comfort and safety. The colorful interface in ergonomic position is the key element for a user experience of a new generation. The device can be operated intuitively and safe. The mandatory documentation is done automatically and stored digitally. 

The device can be integrated in Dürr Dentals unique software system which allows having control for all supply devices in one sight. The sterilizer performs as a reliable supporter of daily practice routine with a pleasing user experience.
