The Swiss scooter pioneer, Micro-Mobility Systems, launched a sustainable children's scooter line created from recycled ocean plastic. This new Micro “Eco line” is created from discarded and obsolete fishing gear, ropes, trawl nets, etc, that have been used for commercial fishing that typically land in the sea after use.

Micro's goal is to tackle the global ocean plastic crisis at its root through these preventative measures and a circular economy, offering fishermen the opportunity to recycle their old gear/nets and give them a second life.

The Maxi Deluxe Eco is our Eco scooter model for ages 5-12. This product has the same award-winning features as the Maxi Deluxe scooter: a patented steering system controlled by shifting weight to promote balance and coordination, an adjustable handlebar that allows the scooter to grow with children, and a non-slip silicone footplate that ensures support and safety on the scooter.
