The iON GT, an environmentally conscious EV summer tire, is specifically designed for the benefit of planet Earth.

Made with 75% renewable and recyclable materials technology, this tire will be composed of a minimum of 45% sustainable materials during mass production.

Alongside the eco-friendly materials, advanced technology enhancing performance has been incorporated.

The iON GT features innovative tread elements and noise reduction technology to elevate the performance of EV summer tires.

Firstly, the 3D kerf technology with support pipes and a complex surface maintains robust rigidity during acceleration, braking, and turning, providing stable driving performance with high torque.

It also contributes to preventing the bending of the mold blade during the manufacturing process.

Additionally, considering the quiet nature of electric vehicles, a groove design inspired by the corrugations of corn husks has been developed to significantly reduce noise during driving.

Finally, the iON GT is produced in the world’s first ISCC+ certified factory in the global tire industry, utilizing eco-friendly fuel for transportation.
