Testa is an Environmental Testing chamber. It offers highly precise and reproducible conditions for temperature and humidity testing for different industries and applications - electronics, automotive, aerospace, construction, military, materials – as well as research, quality control and production facilities. Thanks to its superior design and workmanship, users can rely on its outstanding temperature and humidity distribution, uniformity and stability, guaranteeing correct and reliable results.
Testa design follows the brand language of Aralab's latest product family and is characterized by modern lines, clean surfaces and precise integration of components and materials. The front door features a glass surface integrating the window and touch screen in a unique shape, inspired by the laboratory equipment. A modular design approach was developed in order to keep a consistent language throughout the range of products, responding to different test requirements and laboratory environments.
Testa is easy to use and maintain. The front window allows for a clear view of the interior and the LED colored light gives the user feedback on operation. The HMi 7" touch screen display provides information about temperature and humidity and is seamlessly integrated into the front door. A software tool allows for a remote operation via a mobile device.
Production materials and processes were optimized by reducing the thickness of components to the required level of thermal insulation optimization. The exterior is built using a zinc based mild steel with an epoxy coating finish and rock wool insulation. The door features double silicone joints and anti-condensation heating frames. The interior features an AISI 304 hermetical welded, vapor tight, stainless steel construction. It’s a nonpolluting construction process and cooling systems.
The chamber is designed to optimize its contents through a modular metric of gutters available for the placement of trays, thus making better use of the interior space. Temperature and humidity sensors as well as other technical components inside the camera are easily accessible for maintenance.
