Key

HIGH-TECH
AERODYNAMIC
LIGHTNESS
CRAFT DETAILING

HIGH TECH: Laminated alluminium façade [quality and performance]

AERODYNAMIC: Gentle curvilinear façade. This is a critical design move to create unique massing/brand identity, capturing a sense of fluidity, yet not losing precious production floor space. Sun blade design: interact with façade curvature to create dynamic shadow effects throughout the day, and also futuristic lighting at night.

LIGHTNESS: The “Floating” factory. Despite its large massing (W 54m, L 80m, H 30m) , cantilevered façade design makes the factory appear to hover above the ground to accentuate lightness.

DETAILING: Behind the stylistic simplicity of the facility hides exquisite detail design. This is paired with precise construction to communicate the company’s pursuit for quality and excellence.

Factory interior: Focused on function and performance. Efficient, ergonomic, clean for R&D, testing and production. Optimnal lighting levels and temperature for workers.

For Body and mind: The factory basemenmt level contains a dining and multi-purpose hall for relaxation, entertainment and social events. Abundance of natural light at noon/break time.

Inside the office: "Purity and cleanliness". Bright, airy, comfortable interior for administration, sales, and training teams. Befitting world class manufacturer.
