Design Partners collaborated with Terraillon to design its latest innovation, the R-LINK range of ultra-thin scales. The R-SERIES scales demonstrate expertise in terms of design as well as precision in weight and body mass measurement.

The construction is unique, the R-SERIES scales feature the world’s slimmest platform at just 11.8mm. Due to the design innovation of drilling out the glass and placing the loadcells within this space, the overall height is kept to a minimum.  

The same design principle is used for the LCD batteries and components as they are all located within the 6mm glass height.  The BMI scales uses flat wiring hidden between the metal and glass laminate.

Featuring an ultra-thin, sleek design and an anti-smudge coating on the stainless steel lamination, it provides great strength and a premium finish. Four high quality weight sensors give accurate measurements and a broad platform for users to weigh themselves accurately and comfortably. Its simple elegance appeals to both feminine and masculine tastes. It is not only beautiful in your bathroom but it can be stored away easily.  

The scales provide weight, body composition + BMI evaluations, a round, backlit LCD screen with colour coding provide optimal visibility, easy monitoring and recognition. 

R-Link can also connect to the Terraillon Wellness Coach App. You can set goals and get free scientifically validated advice to help you reach them. The R-Link can connect to eight smartphones and / or tablets simultaneously. Handy if each member of the family has his own smartphone.
