The Forum redevelopment is a holistic design integrating the new office building with its surrounding and thereby revitalising the entire Exchange Square development. the new addition visually and physically opens up the site and creates a new element which is comfortable within its surroundings. The building design is inspired by precious gems. Its form gently leans back and opens up from the plaza to a grand double height lobby space and covered walkway. As a Grade-A office in the heart of the Central district, the column-free office interior with 2.9 meters of floor-to-ceiling space evokes a tailor made environment with ample natural daylight from all elevations.
