Located on the east side of the island of Nantes, the project combines the extension of the Conservatory and the Academy of performing arts. Shared and cross-disciplinary, the building sets up strong relations between the various practices and the city and takes part of the new cultural pole identity on the island. Music and dance studios are widely opened on the outside and offer the reciprocity of a contemporary relation between artistic culture and urban landscape.
