Exemplifying a revolutionary approach to innovation and design, the luxury residential tower has achieved a new standard of excellence in catering to the needs and desires of its residents – all while utilizing the natural environment in an eco-conscious manner.

The building’s expansive units are marked by flow-through-style floor plans, not only ensuring optimum ventilation, but enabling owners to cool their residences naturally year-round. An influx of sunlight is maximized across the grounds due to Jade Signature’s brilliant positioning at an oblique angle to the ocean -- a parallelogram footprint derived from an extensive study of the sun’s movement throughout the day.

A three-story underground parking garage (some 40 feet below sea level) eliminates the need for a pedestal and subsequently creates a seamless connection between the ground floor and the pool, as well as the deck, gardens, beach and ocean beyond, thereby enhancing the resort-living experience.

This unique structural design has additionally allowed for more landscaping and vegetation around the base of the property (a rarity in the area as no other local development has this proportion of greenery).

Throughout the tower, exceptional architectural details abound. Slabs were crafted to articulate the individual floors and extend each living area out onto massive terraces, creating unrivaled indoor-outdoor living spaces.

Windows in Jade Signature are recessed to reduce their visual impact. Walls spanning east to west -- each shaped to respond to its particular position between apartments, bedrooms or within deep terraces -- provide living areas with simultaneous views of both horizons. Seen together, the walls and slabs -- primary elements in the tower’s architecture -- create a finely textured expression on the façade.

Corner balconies additionally feature the tower's signature sculptural concrete columns, with glass railings that tilt outward to minimize reflection. Jade Signature is also tapered from bottom to top on its east and west façades.

The reduced depth at the top of the building increases the visual connection between the two primary exposures in the flow-through units, while the increased depth at the bottom provides an additional area for more units to be in close proximity to the ground and beach.

A pair of oculi by Herzog & de Meuron at front and back of the tower are added showpieces. The oculus at the front, built within a large cast-in place concrete dome, serves as a focal point of the porte-cochère.

This oculus morphs and twists organically into a suspended ribbon wall at the double-height lobby entrance.

The oculus at the back of the building creates a domed canopy, providing both shade and shelter.

The lobby and common areas by PYR are works of art in and of themselves, showcasing a unique, curated collection of designer furniture and details.

In the lobby, sweeping curves of warm-colored wood paneling are complemented by an assemblage of contemporary furniture, including pieces by Promemoria, Yves Klein and Pierre-Yves Rochon.

The Club Room -- which stretches the entire length of the north side of the building and features furniture by Hermès, Knoll, and Vladimir Kagan -- has its own kitchen/bar and dining area and connects directly with an enormous landscaped balcony that wraps around the beach pavilion terrace.

A spacious library has elevated views over the palm tree-lined lap pool and the ocean, while private meeting rooms and a large library are flooded with natural light through a double-height ceiling.

Resort-style features are hallmarks of the building, including a stunning beachfront deck with an organic, zero entry free-form swimming pool, secluded cabanas, a heated spa surrounded by nature, and a 25-meter lap pool.

Private beach amenities include chaise lounges, umbrellas and an oceanfront restaurant with towel and beach service.
