The JJ&SM house, lying in a landscape designed by the Vilaine river valley, invites everyone to take a breath away from city life. Such a magnificent panorama inspired the design. The wooden house, fading into the surrounding landscape, seems to be directly but discreet with nature.
The building lies at the top of the slope to manage an inhabited belvedere.
From the inside, the house offers a number of noble materials and selected frames, emphasizing the connection with the landscape. A long and thin living room stretches to the west gable, large openings breaking its walls offering a gorgeous point of view on the river running around the estate. South of the living room's wall stretches a 10 m bay window. North, a panoramic opening seems to be lying just beneath a wooden and concrete bench containing storage and wood stove, where one's can sit.
