Located at the gateway of the locally loved Sunset Harbour neighborhood, Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach is a sophisticated experience a few steps away from the city's newest and most exciting restaurants, shops, wellness experiences, and nightlife.

Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach, a boutique hotel, pays tribute to its waterfront setting. Creating a modern design that aims to evoke a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. The chic property is located at the heart of South Beach, a popular international and local destination in Miami Beach.

The overall intent of the Kimpton Hotel is to resemble the hull of a private luxury yacht. With Collins canal to its north, the design team embraced the opportunity to revitalize a once forgotten waterfront.

The intricate facade articulates floor to ceiling windows with aluminum railings and dark metal panels that create large openings to maximize the view from the hotel rooms to the city. The five-story structure orients all 96 guestrooms with private balconies around a central atrium, which illuminates the lobby below. The lobby excites the senses with its custom-built light installations, sprinkled with art displays, light panels, abstract shapes, and large format fabrics meant to resemble the ripples of the Atlantic Ocean.

Guests can enjoy the views of the beautiful bay and golf course from the private rooftop pool and two-tier roof deck with stylish décor and lounge area seating.
