The East Coast New Town is a key area outside of Xiamen island that plays a crucial role in building Xiamen into an international, modern city of quality and beauty.

Dubbed the “Eye of the East Coast”, The Culture and Sports Complex lies in the center of the New Town. It has a Business Center, Cultural Theme Park, and a Residents’ Activity Center.

The Cultural Theme Park is located on Plot B with The Opera House on the Sea (opening outdoor setting), Xiamen Gallery, and different Commercial facilities.

The Park is designed to provide high-end cultural activities to local citizens and tourists, filling the blank of tourism products that Xiamen has to offer.

This project situates itself as an important component of Xiamen’s system of modern culture and tourism and it will serve as the model for upgrading Xiamen’s cultural activities.
