A highly efficient building combines first-class amenities and a central location to create the next generation of high-rise towers in downtown Denver. Block 162 offers a state-of-the-art office environment and exclusive tenant amenities, including a sky terrace, social lounge, and fitness center, to meet the shifting demands and expectations of changing demographics in Denver.

The 30-story tower engages with downtown Denver's pedestrian realm and draws a connection to the nearby retail, restaurants, and entertainment of 16th Street.
The building's floorplates are all column-free, which helps them to be efficient and flexible enough to accommodate both creative and traditional office tenants. The first office floor on level 12 and high ceilings ranging from 10 to 13 feet tall means all office floors have panoramic views of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. The hospitality-inspired building lobby engages the corner and serves as an active destination for people to meet, connect, or work.

An amenity deck and sky terrace on the 11th-floor feature unmatched facilities and offer more than just conference rooms. Designed around an indoor/outdoor connection, the amenity deck reflects the Denver lifestyle and offers terraces with lounge seating and firepits with views of the mountains and cityscape. Operable windows with 40-foot-wide openings maximize the connection to the outdoors and even the fitness center has operable panels that open to an outdoor fitness studio and a green roof.

The 11th-floor hospitality-driven interior space designed by MaRS also features a barista bar, fireplaces, and lounge seating. The building form drew inspiration from the natural beauty of its surroundings, with the building crown referencing the mountain tops of the nearby Rockies. High-efficiency unitized glazing and exterior fins help minimize energy usage and maximize transparency and daylighting. Block 162 offers a Class-A building while blending hospitality and top-notch amenities to bring a 21st-century high-rise to downtown Denver.
