Located in the sprawling and evolving neighborhood of NOHO [North Hollywood], CA, Victory Wellness Center occupies the corner Victory Blvd. and Troost Av. and comprises two existing structures dating from the 60s and 70s and a parking area on the back.

The project scope consisted of the conversion of the existing bowstring truss warehouse [formerly a food supermarket] into a medical facility.
To do that, our proposal adds an entire new basement as well as a partial mezzanine level, therefore maintaining, improving, and expanding the existing wooden structure while increasing its surface area from 17,000 ft² to 42,000 ft² of enclosed space and more than 10,000 ft² of open landscaped space.

Intending to adapt and reuse the existing structure, the project maintains three of the four existing façades as well as the roof, while creating a new one the interior of the campus.
